Meet the Heart Behind JAX
JAX Services was born from our personal journey navigating the challenges of accessing quality ABA therapy for our son, Joe. As parents, Marty and I were determined to find support that respected both Joe’s medical needs and our family’s values—especially our choice to live in a rural area.

Like many families, we faced barrier after barrier. Most providers told us they couldn’t offer In-Home ABA because of our remote location. Others were unable to accommodate Joe’s complex medical needs, leaving us without the essential behavioral support he required.
Through this experience, we met other parents facing similar struggles—families being forced to choose between keeping a job or ensuring their child could receive life-changing therapy. We knew something had to change.
That’s why we founded JAX Services: to expand access to ABA therapy, especially for families in rural Indiana or those navigating dual diagnoses. Our mission is simple—to make high-quality, personalized ABA support available to those who need it most, without compromise.
JAX Services doesn’t believe in a “one size fits all” treatment program. Our clients are individuals, and each of them is experiencing the world in a unique way. Our treatment plans are always customized, and they allow clients to work toward mutually agreed-upon goals. Our goal is to provide only scientifically valid, evidence-based treatment that will be meaningful to the individual.
Our mission is to advance equity and support for autistic individuals and their families by educating communities, removing barriers to care, and promoting neurodiversity acceptance.
A future where autism services are no longer a privilege, but a right-accessible to every family regardless of income, location, gender, race, or background.
